Plus-Minus Definition:
At the start of the regular season each player begins at zero. When they are on the ice and their team scores a goal they will go up one point (Plus) and when they are on the ice when a goal is scored against their team they will go down one point (Minus). Example if they were on the ice for 3 goals for and 1 goal against they would end the game at plus +2 (3-1) if they started the game at 0. Plus Minus is only counted on Even Strength and Short Handed Goals.
