This Website does not buy products wholesale then resell them to you but instead like many other web businesses forms mutually acceptable agreements with online Merchants (Retailers) to sell their products on our pages for a commission. This lets Stats Hockey offer Multiple Products from top online merchants to the consumer.
You will find every page in the Hockey and Sport Stores has product images and text links. Some of these text links will directly connect you to pages with multiple products. Click on the link that interests you and it will take you to the merchant website which has all the details including the Price. You actually buy products (buy button) from the merchant website and follow their procedures for purchasing.
You will find some of these Merchants are Manufacturers and sell their products directly to consumers to eliminate the middle man and lower the end price. You can find categories in the Hockey and Sport Stores that have two or more Merchants products displayed so you can compare in order to find the best deal.
Products No Longer Available
You might find that some of the product and text links that you click through will not lead to the exact page your looking for because the product is no longer available. Stats Hockey tries to keep all pages up to date but some times that is impossible. If this occurs you can browse the rest of the merchant site or come back to your precious page.
Loading Problems
If you find that Product Images or Text Links on certain pages are not loading properly or stalling just refresh the page until all contents are visible. If the contents has still not loaded properly this usually means there is a problem outside the control of this Website and primarily with one of Stats Hockey merchant’s servers. If this has occurred and you’re still interested in these products then just bookmark the page you like and come back in a few hours or the following day. This unfortunately happens every so often.
Pricing
This Website (Stats Hockey) has no control or say over the retail or sales price of the products. They are set by the retailers themselves. You will not see prices listed in any of the Stores. Just click on the product image or text link you would like to see the present price or if you need more information or your ready to buy.
Shipping
At the bottom of every page in the Hockey and Sport Stores you will find a short summary of each merchant. In this summary it has shipping information for the Merchant. If there is not enough info for you just click through using a text link on the page and go to their customer service page and it should list all countries they will ship to.
Most of these Merchants can ship these products to the United States, Canada and Internationally. All Merchants used on Stats Hockey either come from the USA or Canada. All Shipping and Returns is done by the Merchant Website not Stats Hockey.
Custom Charges (Duty) - Some of these merchants used on Stats Hockey will allow you to buy products in your Home Currency (look for a button) which usually means these merchants will collect the proper sales tax pertaining to your country or state/province and will be included in the price so you won't be charged customs or duty on your goods when you receive them. If you can't buy the goods in your home currency you may be expected to pay a Customs Tax or duty on your order when it arrives. The amount you might have to pay depends on your Country.
